REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding purchases made through our website.

By purchasing products or services from MSTR' M!ND MUSIC, you agree to this policy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Digital products include but are not limited to:

• Music Downloads

• Beat Packs

• Sample Packs

• Presets

• Templates

• E-books

• Online Courses

• Educational Materials

• Software

• Digital Membership Content

• Downloadable Resources

Once access has been granted or delivery has occurred, refunds will not be issued.

ONLINE COURSES & EDUCATION

Course purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, if a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved, MSTR' M!ND MUSIC may issue:

• Course Credit

• Replacement Access

• Partial Refund

• Full Refund (at our sole discretion)

MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription fees are billed in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for:

• Current billing periods

• Previously paid subscription periods

• Consumed membership benefits

Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

ARTIST DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Artist development, consulting, coaching, mentoring, and strategy services involve time-based professional expertise.

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Refund requests for unused services may be reviewed individually and granted at the sole discretion of MSTR' M!ND MUSIC.

MUSIC PRODUCTION SERVICES

Services including:

• Recording

• Mixing

• Mastering

• Production

• Songwriting Assistance

• Creative Consultation

are non-refundable once work has begun.

If work has not started, cancellation requests may qualify for a partial refund minus administrative costs.

LICENSING SERVICES

Sync licensing, publishing consultations, and music placement services are non-refundable.

MSTR' M!ND MUSIC does not guarantee:

• Placements

• Licensing Deals

• Publishing Agreements

• Revenue Opportunities

All fees compensate for services rendered rather than outcomes achieved.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical merchandise may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Eligible products must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Digital Downloads

• Music Files

• Streaming Content

• Custom Merchandise

• Personalized Products

• Gift Cards

• Membership Fees

• Artist Development Services Already Delivered

• Consulting Services Already Delivered

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged product:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide:

   • Order Number

   • Description of Issue

   • Photographs of Damage

We may provide:

• Replacement Product

• Store Credit

• Refund

at our discretion.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact MSTR' M!ND MUSIC before initiating chargebacks.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Account Suspension

• Service Termination

• Collection Actions

• Legal Remedies

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

5–10 Business Days

depending upon the payment provider.

POLICY CHANGES

MSTR' M!ND MUSIC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
